After a distinguished career with Medtronic, Mr. Neisz became Chief Technology Officer of American Medical Systems. He went on to become President and CEO of Envoy Medical. Most recently he was President and CEO of Leptos Biomedical, a company developing a neuro-modulation therapy to treat obesity and type-2 diabetes.
Mr. Wright joined ValenTx as President in 2006, and has over 18 years experience developing minimally-invasive medical devices. Prior to joining ValenTx, he was Vice President of Marketing for INAMED Health (now Allergan Medical), the developer of the Lap-BAND and began his medical career with Computer Motion (now Intuitive Surgical).
Mr. Silvestrini has over 25 years of experience in medical device research and development. He started his career at Pfizer managing the development of novel surgical specialties in the medical device field. Subsequently he served as VP of R&D and CTO for KeraVison, AcuFocus and Transcend Medical. During his career he has been granted 30 patents in the field of medical devices.
Mr. Putnam has over 30 years experience in Clinical, Regulatory and Quality Systems management, which include Vice President positions at ATS Medical, Urologix, St Jude Medical. During his career, Mr. Putnam has successfully designed numerous clinical study strategies and was instrumental in obtaining over 30 regulatory approvals through the FDA as well as several OUS regulatory approvals.
Mr. Morrison is a seasoned finance executive with extensive public and private company experience. Prior to joining ValenTx, he was Chief Financial Officer at 724 Solutions, a leading mobile internet solutions provider, where he led the strategic sale of 724 Solutions to Mobixell Networks, Inc.
